Overview of the classes that we offer:

Ariel Yoga

Aerial yoga class, you perform the same poses you do on a mat except you use a silk hammock that’s suspended from the ceiling as a prop to support you through the various flows. The purpose of the hammock is to help you improve flexibility and build strength, while allowing you to do more challenging poses without added pressure on your shoulders, spine, or head.

Spin/Cycle

Spin/Cycle are equal splits of cardio and resistance training. they will be energized by fun music and instructional cues. they are always a hard workout and a fun workout.

Zumba Pound

Exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out.

HIIT-

High Intensity interval training will incorporate compound movements, weightlifting, cardio burst sets, and core stability. This workout is designed to offer both fat burn and strength dynamics in a intensity based format.

Functional Full Body Training

Core cardio offers a challenging workout that switches between cardio intervals and core training throughout its entirety. It is a sweat inducer and set at a quick pace.

Strong Nation

Strong Nation combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.

Cycle & Strength

This class combines cycle class with TRX.  Get the full workout of cardio, strength and endurance.
