Overview of the classes that we offer:
Yoga classes will focus on stability, flexibility, posture, breathing, and meditation.You will be offered options of standing, balance, and seated postures. The teacher will offer clear direction and plenty of modification options.
SPIN/ CYCLE CLASSES are equal splits of cardio and resistance training. they will be energized by fun music and instructional cues. they are always a hard workout and a fun workout.
Pilates encourages the mind and body connection with the core at its focus. It will strengthen and lengthen the body and all major muscle groups while engaging the supportive smaller muscle groups for stability and definition.
High Intensity interval training will incorporate compound movements, weightlifting, cardio burst sets, and core stability. This workout is designed to offer both fat burn and strength dynamics in a intensity based format.
Core cardio offers a challenging workout that switches between cardio intervals and core training throughout its entirety. It is a sweat inducer and set at a quick pace.
This is an action-packed fun class that is dance based. It is suitable for all fitness levels and requires only willingness and a good attitude.
Tabata is setup for timed intervals with short breaks in between. This class will run anywhere between 25-40 minutes long. It is intense however allows for you to pace yourself as it is timed instead of repetition based.
