ALL FITNESS CLASSES ARE AVAILABLE STARTING AT 500 AM AND CAN RUN UNTIL 5PM UNLESS SCHEDULED IN ADVANCE 

**WEEKEND CLASSES OR PERSONAL TRAINING WILL BE AVAILABLE ONLY IF SCHEDULED IN ADVANCE**

 

PERSONAL TRAINING:

If you are looking for some One on One time with a personal trainer to get information, and any of your fitness concerns, personal goals, or general questions  answered with out having to worry about being nervous or crowded around, contact our personal trainer Jennifer Tessier. She can help with any of your fitness wants, goals or needs, and works with all fitness levels. 

Buddy And Group Fitness Training/Classes are available. These classes include:

H.I.I.T / HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING: 30 MINS OR 1 HOUR SESSIONS.

CIRCUIT TRAINING CLASSES:    30 MINS OR 1 HOURS SESSIONS

INDOOR CYCLING CLASSES: 

This 1 hour class is an intense group class, with fun motivating music that provides a high calorie burn! Workout includes warm- up, routine, cool down and stretch, and are  designed for All fitness levels
